My name is Maria and I was diagnosed with severe Ashermans syndrome after the loss of my daughter. If anyone just wants to talk and get together for coffee, I will always be there for all my Ashermans sisters. I have been on this journey for about 4 years, through the surgeries and the pain and tears of losing a baby. Sometimes it makes us feel better to meet others with our condition, or who have gone through what we are going through and know that we are not alone. Nancy Lee would be happy to communicate with any woman suffering from Asherman's Syndrome. Nancy Lee got Asherman's after having a myomectomy surgery. She was classified a very severe case requiring 5 laparoscopy/hysteroscopy procedures and 1 more aggressive surgery, a hysterotomy. Allison got AS after a myomectomy for a huge fibroid.  After several surgeries and numerous office hysteroscopies and procedures, her AS was corrected.  Several assisted reproductive attempts were unsuccessful due to other issues even after AS was corrected.  Allison is blessed to have a son through adoption.  Her daughter was born 21 months later with an unplanned miracle pregnancy .  Allison is happy to talk / e-mail about anything that she can answer or help with related to AS, IUIs, IVF & adoption.
